Flower Ceremony

The Flower Ceremony takes place after the Survivor Race. Three boats full of breast cancer survivors are together at the dock and paddlers wave carnations as the song Rolling River plays. Thoughts go to those we have lost and hands are held to provide support for those in need. It is always a beautiful and poignant part of the day.
